Who Will Be on This Call With You?

Attila Hardy is the founder and CEO of Array Capital. He is a seasoned investment professional with experience in private equity, M&A, eCommerce, and financial services. Before founding Array, Attila bootstrapped a D2C e-commerce venture to 20 team members.

Previously, he was an Investment Manager at Legend Holdings, directly investing in European banks and insurance companies.He was part of the team that invested £110M (~$150M) in Pension Insurance Corporation and acquired a 90% stake in Luxemburg's oldest private bank, Banque Internationale a Luxembourg, for 1.48 billion Euros ($1.76 billion.)

Previously Attila was an Investment Analyst in the European private equity buyout team of Partners Group, one of Europe's largest private equity firms. Before that, he worked at Redalpine, a Zürich-based venture capital firm, and in the M&A department of the global pharmaceutical company Roche.

Attila holds a Master's in Banking and Finance (Magna cum Laude) from the University of Zurich.
